Alex Wolfe - Chairman

Alex Wolfe spent many years in the industry before launching Wolfe Construction Company in 1975. He now has some 45 years' experience in civil construction.

Alex's exceptional leadership qualities combined with his extensive knowledge of the industry, has provided the guidance and support that has enabled the company to grow and excel.

Wolfe Civil have met the transition to 2010 with a new management structure headed by managing director Lindsay Honey.

Indeed, 2006 saw a dramatic increase in capability with the introduction to Western Australia of the Erkat rock wheel, and a total re-focusing on Quality Assurance leading to the attainment of certifications for Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Management by the inter-national certification body NCS International Pty Ltd.

Wolfe Civil offers its clientele a Quality Assured Company which has achieved the highest standard in professionalism and will continue to be a preferred contractor with such organisations as Telstra, Western Power and Alinta, whilst maintaining accreditation for traffic management to Main Roads WA standards.

Lindsay Honey - Managing Director

Overseeing and managing all projects is Lindsay Honey, ensuring the company performs at the optimal level of efficiency and reliability to provide a service second to none to our many varied and valued clients.

Lindsay is exceptionally well trained in all areas of civil construction and company management. He is accredited by Western Power, Water Corporation and Alinta Gas. He also holds appropriate certificates in OH&S, Worksite Traffic Safety and Supervisory Management.

Project Managers

Jason Gouges - Project Manager

Jason is responsible for the overall management of many of our civil projects and liaises with our site supervisors, Clients and Superintendents. Initially part of our construction team, Jason is now an integral member of our management team.

Jeff Howard - Project Manager

Jeff comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the civil construction industry. As a valuable member of our team Jeff has become a fundamental part of our strong support network in all areas of civil construction and is an important part of our management team, overseeing and managing all aspects of a number of civil projects.

Kieran Conama - Project Manager

Kieran's qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree and 7 years of experience in civil construction in Ireland before coming to Australia 18 months ago. Kieran's experience gained from years in the industry provides him with a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of civil construction. As a member of our management team Kieran is responsible for the overall management of many civil projects, liasing with all relevant authorities and site supervisors.

Estimators

Gabe Munyard - Estimator

Gabe is well known in the industry and a past employee of Wolfe Civil. We welcome Gabe back to our team and know the skills he has gained will be of immense benefit in his new role as Estimator.  Gabe has spent many years managing civil construction projects and will be well equipped to take on this challenging position.

Administration

Pam Van Dam - Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Pam brings with her many years of experience in accounting and office management. She oversees the efficient and smooth running of our finance department and ensures a high level of professionalism is maintained by our administration team.

Louise Fogarty - PA to the Managing Director / Contracts Manager

Louise is Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and has a varied knowledge base which has proven to be essential in this many faceted role. Louise is also responsible for the overall administration of contracts and tendering new projects.

Alison Wolfe - Admin / Accounts Payable

Alison’s many years of experience and knowledge will ensure your enquiry is addressed efficiently and effectively.

Lisa Rawlinson - Reception/Clerical Officer

Lisa’s friendly face and professional manner welcomes you to Wolfe Civil. Lisa has many years office experience in all aspects of administration.

Jessie Kent - Payroll/Accounts Assistant

Jessie is responsible for the prompt payment of our staff as well as the maintenance of other payroll associated tasks and assisting Pam in Accounts Administration.

Stephanie Honey - Estimating and Contracts Assistant

Stephanie assists our Estimators and is a valuable member of our Contracts Administration team.

Yvonne Mak - HSEQ Coordinator

Yvonne brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety, environment and quality management. She is responsible for the overall management of our Integrated Management System and ensures Wolfe Civil's continued commitment to maintaining our Full Quality Certifications in Safety and OHS, Environment and Quality Management.

Gemma Lewin - Office Assistant

Gemma initially came to us with 5 years experience operating various items of plant including loaders, water carts, rollers and also gaining experience on the grader. Gemma has taken on a new role within the company and fills the much needed role of Office Assistant. She joins the Administration team and will be a welcome addition assisting our Office Manager to ensure our high level of professionalism is maintained.

Workshop

Geoff Millard - Workshop Manager

After many years as our Light Vehicle Mechanic, Geoff has stepped up into the role of Workshop Manager. Geoff is responsible for the smooth and efficient management of our workshop and is highly qualified to also service and maintain our fleet of light vehicles as well as excavators, rollers, loaders and other equipment ensuring minimum down time.

Keith De Silva - Workshop Mechanic

Keith is a qualified vehicle mechanic and he maintains and services our fleet of company vehicles.

Robin Huntington - Heavy Duty Mechanic

Robin is a qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic and is responsible for the service and maintenance of our fleet of excavators, rollers, loaders and other equipment ensuring minimum down time and disruption on site.

Andrew Bethel - Workshop Trade Assistant

Andrew is our workshop Trade Assistant and assists our workshop mechanics.
